Sketching the Cows of Cañada de la Virgen

We escaped the #1 City in the world, San Miguel de Allende, to slow down life and hang with the cows, dogs and horses of Cañada de la Virgen. We hiked through the Cañada along the Virgen River and high up above, rode horses through the canyon and sketched lots of sketches. All meals were plucked straight from the organic garden and from the grass-fed, grass-finished beef products of Cañada de la Virgen. Our small, intimate group had great fun in our mini hacienda, where we gathered for meals for with our sketchbooks, and toasted our stories each night.
