Limitation of Liability
We contract with a network of companies, local agencies, and individuals to assist in the running of Art Leap Adventures (ALA) as agent for these third parties. Our partners are carefully vetted, but we cannot be held responsible for the acts and omissions of these third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
If We Cancel a Trip
ALA reserves the right to alter the itinerary or accommodations as conditions warrant. If a trip itinerary must be changed due to weather, transportation delays, government intervention, sickness or other contingency for which ALA cannot make provision, the cost of delays or changes is not included.
ALA reserves the right to cancel an itinerary before departure for any reason including too few participants or logistical problems such as strikes, military actions, acts of nature or any other circumstances which may make operation of the trip inadvisable.
If we cancel a tour you have reserved, the entire amount you have paid to ALA for the applicable tour will be refunded to artists enrolled at the time of cancellation within 14 days minus any PayPal fees paid, if you were invoiced by ALA. Once this occurs, ALA and its representatives have no other obligations to tour members on cancelled trips including any additional costs or fees to the issuance and/or cancellation of airline tickets or other travel arrangements not made by ALA.
Alternatively, you may choose to transfer to another ALA tour within 12 months of cancelled trip. See Cancellation Policy.
In Case of Emergency
In the event of illness or accident, you understand that ALA will make every effort to contact the person listed under Emergency Contact, but you give your permission for emergency medical treatment as required if such notification is impossible or impractical under the circumstances. You understand that ALA will make every effort to minimize the risks inherent, but that ALA cannot guarantee against circumstances over which it has little or no control. You agree that upon advancement of deposit and completed registration form to ALA that you will be bound to the terms and conditions recited above.
You understand that if you should not be able to complete the tour for any reason, that ALA is not obliged to make any refunds for any unused services, and that trip cancellation insurance is strongly advised.
Agreement
You must sign and submit this waiver acknowledging that you have read and agreed to the conditions set forth in this waiver as part of your registration and you will not be considered registered until this is completed.
Photos/Videos
The participant herby provides his/her express consent and authorization to ALA utilizing, at its sole discretion, for its advertising, promotion and marketing purposes, any photographs taken of the participant during his/her participation in the activities.

- any liability for any loss, death, injury or damage which you may suffer (directly or indirectly) in connection with or arising out of your participation in a workshop event, or any breach of the Booking Condition, is excluded;
- you release us and our officers, employees, agents and representatives from any liability and expressly waive any claims you may have against us arising out of or in connection with your participation in a workshop, and
- any condition or warranty which would otherwise be implied by law into these booking conditions (implied Warranty), is excluded.
